Refund policy
30-Day Returns
We want you and your pup to love your Warmpaws. If you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions
- Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- To start a return, email us at support@pawswink.store with your order number. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, and you will not need to pay for any return shipping.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Contact us and we will help you exchange it under the same conditions as a return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you and issue your refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra business days to appear on your statement. The optional Shipping Protection fee is non-refundable once the order has shipped.
Customers in the EU and UK
You also have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it without giving any reason. To exercise this right, send us a clear statement by email before the 14-day period ends. Our 30-day return window above is in addition to, and does not limit, this right.
